1. [+365, -3] Yeah, take a strong stance on this. Hate the fact that they threw their team away just off of a bit of popularity to make more money on their own ㅡㅡ
2. [+312, -4] Still funny how they bolted for China as soon as they got popular ㅋㅋㅋ
3. [+251, -4] They deserve it, those betrayers
4. [+23, -2] Great, cut it at the roots. They need to fix this cycle where the kids who leave end up doing better and the kids who stay turn into babos.
5. [+17, -1] Yeah, they need to see what happens once you break your contract with your company so that this doesn't happen again. I hate SM usually but I want them to win this time.

1. [+5,386, -161] Of course, I'm on SM's side with this case.
2. [+4,641, -105] They were backstabbed so it's only right to do it back
3. [+3,694, -101] Good job SM ㅋㅋㅋ
4. [+3,252, -116] Never want to see them again
5. [+558, -18] I really want to take SM's side on this. It's not right for them to betray what an entire group worked to achieve.
6. [+463, -11] Of course the two are under SM still, just because they filed a lawsuit doesn't mean they're out. They're under SM until the lawsuit is over. As if SM would just let them walk out scot free like that ㅋㅋㅋ SM better torture them the best they can until a final judgment is made.
7. [+460, -11] Do the best you can, SM.
8. [+400, -6] I hope SM really wins. This is a fight between Korean companies and Chinese brokers. This will happen again if a proper decision isn't made this time. Keep it according to contract.

You can't shield oppars for this one they are still contracted with SM now any money they earn is counted as profit for the company and if the company doesn't actually get the profit there will be more tax evasion problems for "not properly listing all income." To be taxed properly. Their also still using the company name to push their Chinese advancements because that's who their technically under you can't sue the company and want the perks
ReplyDeleteBasically...
ReplyDeleteIf it's illegal, then it's illegal.
ReplyDeleteI hate it when people compare Kris and Luhan's situation with JYJ's because they are not the same AT ALL. The only common thing between them is all of them are Chinese (not trying to be racist btw). And I think SM is right this time (or at least they have the right to do that).
ReplyDeleteThey are still in contract with SM technically
ReplyDeleteHonestly.....the fact that they want to stand on the same stage in china right now....i dont care what anyone says
ReplyDeleteits like a big fuck you to their members tbh
Unless the hearing is over, those two still belongs to SM. So SM has an advantage herw.
ReplyDeletedidnt he also fill out a lawsuit listing like 4 reasons he was mistreated under sm or smt...?
ReplyDeleteNo they control over the contract
ReplyDeleteJYJ are Chinese?
ReplyDeleteno, that was the rumor before he left. But he just sued SM like Kris did.
ReplyDeleteO. Nvm then lol
ReplyDeleteSeeing them running around in china do ads, show and etc make me wonder arent they dumb or what. Im not a law student, but clearly i can see that wrong. Because their contract isn't terminated.
ReplyDeleteStay with Krislu & hate sm OR stay with exo hate krislu! SM is forcing that way. Will block them & put the blame on them till the end like they did to jyj.
ReplyDeleteOT12 is no longer an option. That's the bitter truth.
Surprised to see such logical comments here. I was expecting to see more bitter fan girls.
ReplyDeleteanyone can do that lmao you have to win the lawsuit in order for it to mean anything
ReplyDeleteOne of my biggest concern right now is EXO how hard it must be to in the middle of SM & kris/ luhan situation right now..
ReplyDeleteuh... no lmao
ReplyDeletekris/luhan are crying into their chinese fanbase. Just like jyj are into their solidified solo fanbases/careers that will last them for a long time
